Unfortunately once an order has been sent to our warehouse we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as to we are working quickly to get your order to you.
1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (service@camplux.com) or telephone (844)-538-7890 Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.
4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

Had a hard time adjusting the water temp since there were no instructions on how to adjust the dials and slider on this model. After contacting customer service finally got it to work.

This is a quality unit that is easy to install. We used it in a 420 sqft little house it handles the kitchen bathroom and the washing machine with no trouble. It does take a minute to get comfortable with the adjustments, but it was pretty easy.

I purchased this to provide hot water for my cabin. It is a small place with one full bathroom and a kitchen. The good.. for the price, I'm happy with the functionality and simplicity. It was fairly easy for me to install and the controls are straight forward. It fires up as soon as the hot water is turned on and raises the temperature of the water. It works to provide just enough heating to run one fixture at a time. With a flow limiting shower head it gives a hot shower but the sink on full blast will out-run the heating capacity. On the flip side, if not enough flow is demanded it over-heats and shuts down. The install was about what I expected. The exhaust had to be adjusted to use the existing (old) 3 inch water heater vent. The provided vent pipe is not a standard diameter, is quite short, and does not come with a wall thimble.
