Turn off the water heater, take out the batteries
Disconnect all inlet and outlet connections from the water heater(there maybe leak out, please prepare with a bucket or rags)

Only knocks are:
1) red hose is too short for my application. Iโm going to hook it to an actual shower so it wonโt matter.
2) I canโt seem to turn off the water flow without shutting off at the source.
It worked just fine out of the box. I did the leak test they recommended for the gas and had no water leaks. Just turn on the water and it fills that big tub in about 25 minutes. It's 50ยฐ out and I had to turn the hot temperature down from 90% to about 70%. Better than I expected.
We installed this item on our campsite, and it works wonderfully. Really strong adjustable jet and it's so easy to use. There is a push button on the shower head and once you've hit that you've got hot water instantly. The burner is quiet and there is a little window so you can see the flame burning away.
The machine is very good, the appearance is very fashionable, the size is small and it looks exquisite, the sound is very light, and the hot water comes very quickly. If you need a nice hot shower while camping, then this is for you. I often go camping in my SUV. Not being able to take a shower is one of the things that puzzles me. It's fine in the summer, but in the winter I need hot water for showers. Itโs easy to use and just needs to be connected to propane, which you can buy at gas stations, and works better with a shower tent.
I've only been using this for a couple of days, but I'm very impressed. This was an upgrade from my previous tankless, which I had to tinker with multiple time per year because it lacked a temperature setpoint. A 2.5" diameter exhaust pipe worked well for a 1 foot extension.
We already had a tankless water heater which reached the end of its lifespan, so installing this unit was fairly straightforward. The piping needed to be changed somewhat, but that was not too difficult. The electrical was same, so no issues there.
This is actually a slightly larger capacity unit than what was previously installed, so it actually does a better job of heating the water in comparison to the old one. I like the controls and display right on the front of the unit, and it is very easy to make adjustments and see the current status. I live in a warmer southern climate, and it works great here! With that being said, this product earns my five star rating for sure!
Love this for my outdoor shower next to my hot tub, we can take showers even when itโs 40 out, water pressure is fine and water is always plenty hot. Very easy to start.

The only issue I had was, if the water heater temp set high at the beginning, it would be slow to cool down when you adjusted the temp, maybe the heating inside just too powerful. But other then that it really does work good. Definitely worth the money.
This tankless water heater looks great and feels very solid. It will heat 4 gallons of water per minute, and you can set the max temperate, which is nice. It uses propane, so it is perfect for several different setups, and is more than enough for an RV, tiny home, or even a 3/2 house. For this type of portable tankless, Camplux made it really easy to assemble with clear descriptions in the manual. All in all this is a money saver.
This water heater produces plenty of heat at reasonable flow volumes. Plenty of performance and is highly modified for off grid houses. Not too hard to install. Made out of high quality materials so should last a long time. Definitely recommended!
Excellent tankless water heater! Super easy to install, didn't have any issues there whatsoever. Remember, this is not natural gas, this is a propane heater so best used in a mobile home or van or something like that. Works great though, it's capable of so much!

We live in a remote homestead situation and already have two tankless water heaters, so this was a breeze to install. Our others are actually meant to be portable outdoor heaters, so we have one for the kitchen sink and one for the bathroom. This one will only be used when either of those fails for any reason or to use when the washing machine puts too much demand on the bathroom tank. It won't get much demand so the size is probably overkill for us. When you live way away from everything, it's nice to have redundant systems and so far this one is doing the job nicely.
So far I've been using it in my off the grid home for about a week and am more than happy with the performance. For the price you do need to take your time dialing in your water temperature so you don't burn yourself. I did have it to the max in my bathroom sink and it heats fairly fast.
I hope it lasts a couple of years at least keep extra D cell batteries on hand (learned from the smaller one I had befor this one)
Works well! Very convenient! Wish it was just a tad smaller. Would rather have a plug in option as opposed to the battery power. Can be a bit tricky to get temp dialed in but it lasts forever once it is.
Seams to get real hot if turned on high and that is what I wanted going to use it as a second heater for my solar panel for my pool have not used it yet to early in season
This tankless water heater really does the job. Ignites and heats quickly with the water flow. Iโve had two other units that were lower GPM and they worked ok, but this one is noticeably better. Make sure you follow instructions for draining and storage when temps are below freezing. VERY IMPORTANT: if the tank quits igniting, check the on/off switch that is by the batteries to make sure it is on, and check to see if you need new batteries. Iโve had this 4GPM about a year and a half and I love it.
Great unit I have it hooked up to my tiny home I have my main water lines ran to my sink and shower and toilet and then have a t coming from my main water line that feed into the tankless water heater had to get couple fitting cause I have pex water lines but instead of using the shower head it came with I have my hot water pex line hooked up to it..It works great my family of 3 shower every day dishes never gets cold or drops cold nice 20 minute showers no problem.. you do have to adjust properly though to get the right temperature definitely recommend. I also recommend drain the water after use if it get cold so you don't damage the heater. Hope this help

The essential type (AY132 & AY132B) does not draw water by itself as it does not have a built-in pump. You will need a pressurised water source to feed water into the unit. Consider our Complete Pump Pack
To drain the device properly, please open the drain stern at the bottom right of the water heater, turning in a counter clockwise direction. Disconnect all incoming and outgoing water lines to ensure proper drainage from the water heater.
