（2）For large items, multiple items or large orders we use LTL freight.

*If you need to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. Unfortunately once an order has been sent to our warehouse we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as to we are working quickly to get your order to you.
1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (service@camplux.com) or telephone (844)-538-7890 Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.
4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

Love, love, love this new Camplux RV gas range oven with 3 burners. The big FLAT cooktop works great and it’s easy to put 3 pans on it at the same time, Eggs, potatoes , and sausage all at the same time. And the oven keeps it all warm till we’re ready. So glad I replaced the old one just wish I would have done it sooner! Perfect for dry camping.

Great quality range. I now looks , feels and cooks more like a residential unit. Fast easy website order, fast ship and delivery with updates all the way. Excellent packaging with no damage. Very simple installation start to finish about 30 minutes. One of the best upgrades I have done to my motorhome.

I have only used it on one trip. It was easy to install. The reason I did not give it five stars is that the glass cover on the stove rattles when driving down the road. I had to put small furniture pads on the hinges on each side.

The stove arrived undamaged. Un-packaging was easy and it looks fabulous in my van. Very easy to set up and the electrical and gas hook ups were easy! Oven works well too. I’m just so excited to try it as soon as I can get out of town.

I had some difficulty with the 12 volt connection. The electricity was coming from an interrupter that controlled the water pump and the two would no work at the same time. Still need some work or get another source of electricity.

Our oven came cosmetically damaged. Customer Support took good care of the situation and we are receiving a replacement part. I love the way this oven cooks. Nice even baking. Temperature does need to be increased to meet the correct temperature. All in all really like this oven.

Have not purchased range yet. Contacted customer service to ask about connectivity in an apartment which they have advertised that it can be used in that setting. I have looked at several apartments that have natural gas but NEVER propane. And I seriously doubt any apartment offers propane.
