1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (service@camplux.com) or telephone (844)-538-7890 Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.
4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

EDIT: Ive changed my 1 star review. This item came damaged and unusable. The customer service ended up being great. Ive only used this cooktop a couple of times. The design is unique, and different than most propane units but im getting used to it and i think i like it very much. Heavy duty for sure. Thanks camplux
It arrived quickly but the box was heavyly damaged inside of the shipping box giving the appearance of a reverbished Item. the stove was clean but the parts were just thrown in. Have not used it yet. seems better than the sport store stoves

exceeded expectations
It's a quality propane stove, everything works well. The only issue so far is that the burner grill that holds the pot is warped and won't lay flat on the appliance, and the pot wobbles on top. The resulting combination of two wobbly spots makes for an unsteady cooking experience. It's very difficult to straighten a circular steel band and the enamel cracks at the bending points.
Work perfectly for what I needed. Also had some damage in shipping and was shipped out a new stove asap. Excellent customer service.
I had some safety issues with the design including the tray that was warped so badly that the pot could spell over. I sent photos upon request and then the company went silent. I could not recommend this product or the services.

Works fine. Some assembly required- feet need to be screwed on and flame adjust knob needs to be pushed on. One other thing- the unit comes wrapped in blue cling plastic for corrosion prevention. Most of it is easy to remove but the top surface was wrapped before it was screwed to the base making complete removal near impossible unless you unscrew the top from the base and peel off the plastic. I did it because I didn't want the heat of the unit to melt plastic on the shiny stainless surface. A bit of a pain but worth it I think. Maybe the complete unit could be wrapped instead?

Easy to use and happy with the product.One thing I noticed is the black metal frame where the pan sits on is slippery. May need some customization in the product.
The grates could be of better quality like stainless steel instead of cast iron painted which will rust. I've ordered extra. Otherwise so far so good.I appreciate the long connector gas connection

Works well using larger pans. Can not use small pans or some medium size ones.
We couldn't find this type of gas stove, with the tempered glass top, anywhere in our area. I was able to find this one but it said that it would take about a month for us to receive it, but thankfully we got it in half that time! So far it's a great product, and at a much lower price then others that we found at other sites.
This was a great stove top replacement for our off-grid cabin. It heats up super fast and cooking takes half the time as a traditional stove. Great product with no cons for us!
Like safety features, lock on knobs, and clicking sound. Wish it turned off by self .good so far easy setup.
We were able to get this up and running with a propane tank from home depot in a few minutes. Get's hot fast and works great. Good build quality.
This is a wonderful product. It looks and works great. We set up an outside cooking station behind my house for the food that has lasting aroma. This stove works great. It is very easy to clean and looks very good. Turning out to be a good buy at least for now.
