When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.
4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

The ME60 6 gallon heater under my sink in Portland, OR works smoothly. No leaks, no noise, just hot water.
Purchased the 6 gallon mini water heater to use at the cabin in the winter time, the cabin isn't continually heated so we so we don't use the 40 gallon water heater. Installed a 1.1-1.5 gpm low flow shower head and never ran out of hot water yet. I'm guessing about 8 minutes max of shower time. It takes about 30 minutes to recover when completely drained. Pleased with it so far, but have only used it for one week. To drain it I push compressed air backwards through the hot water outlet which pushes out the majority of the water, and then just unhook the hoses and tip it upside down to drain the rest.

Just got it installed, it wasn't that hard to install, but you need to get all the right houses and fittings for the in, out and pressure release before trying to install it, I didn't like the cable being over a foot long and that the manual says that you shouldn't use an extension cord, other than that I still will be checking it just to make sure it doesn't leak water, it's a little big for under the sink storage too
I have had for about 8 months. I replaces another unit (different brand) that only lasted about 12 months. So far so good. It was easy to install. Plumbing is all about getting right fittings so some persistence is always needed The other unit failed (again different brand) as water got inside the controls when I cleaned my shop sink. The water got in where the pipes existed the casing. This brand has superior seals in this area. It delivers near instant hot water. re-warms quicklyIt is a bit bulky but I purposely bought the larger unit for the tank sizeTotally happy after 8 nonths
